Every order is carefully prepared on demand using fresh ingredients.

Non-returnable products

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, food and beverage items cannot be returned or exchanged once prepared.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Sandwiches, salads, meals, or drinks prepared to order
  • Fresh or perishable goods

Wrong or faulty order

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

Each situation will be reviewed individually. Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected item, or
  • A credit toward your next order

Order cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins.
Once preparation has started, no cancellation or refund can be made.

Online orders and pickup

If you place an order online for in-store pickup, please collect your order at the agreed time.
In case of a no-show or uncollected order, no refund or credit can be issued, as products are made to order.
